Problem:

The downtown area of Sausalito, California is very busy with foot traffic, automobiles, restaurants, shops, and hotels from 6 AM until after midnight every day. Leak surveying and leak pinpointing for Marin Municipal Water District are almost impossible during these times.

Solution:

Use ZCorr Digital Correlating Loggers to do an “overnight survey and pinpointing” on the main valves and hydrant valves along Bridgeway Avenue to detect any leaks.

Result:

ZCorr found a small leak (cut in top of pipe?) that was totally unknown on Broadway close to Princess Street.
